Helping Hands and Ripening Raspberries

Previously in garden news…

Thanks to the students and TAs of Foresight Prep, garden maintenance has come so far! Many hands truly did make light work! The areas between the veggie beds are weeded and mulched, and the new radishes have been planted.

The TAs helped us uncover and till some garden beds that were previously hidden under overgrown. At the end of the day, we even got to try a few of the carrots!

Our tomatoes and squash plants are very happy right now, as are our baby lettuce plants! We also have been continuing maintenance of the green space around our vegetable plots. All of the rotten wooden pallets have been removed to make way for new landscaping of the concert stage and front space, and we are excited to have ripening raspberries! Thanks for reading, and stay tuned for future garden updates as we move into August!
