June 21st Lettuce, Kale and Scallions

Last week we made our first sale of kale,scallions and lettuce. We produced 16 lbs. of healthy lettuce, 6 lbs. of kale and 3.5 lbs. of beautiful scallions. All of these crops were started with help from volunteers during the seed starting workshop back in March.

All of this week’s harvest were sold to Bon Apetit Management Company at Oberlin College Campus Dining Services.
