We recently held a seed starting workshop as a part of Food Week and started all sorts of veggies. These include broccoli, kale, lettuce, onions, some Serrano peppers, and eggplant. We were excited to see most of them sprouting in the growth chamber (which the Biology Department so graciously let us use!).
We are excited to plant some more seeds in April and to finally get some work in the garden done.
